Payment Information

We accept payment by Purchase Order Number, MasterCard®, Visa® or American Express®. Please email customerservice@cellscript.com for ACH or wire instructions.

Please note: For your protection, CELLSCRIPT™ does not accept credit card information via Email or Fax. If you place your order by email, once your order ships you will receive an order confirmation and invoice with a link to securely pay by credit card.

Shipping Information

All products are shipped FOB Madison, Wisconsin. Shipping charges will be prepaid and added to the invoice. Prepayment may be requested for international orders. Please inquire about costs for non-standard shipments or carriers.

To assure product integrity, perishables are normally shipped to U.S. customers on Monday through Thursday.
