This product will remain available until current inventory has been depleted. There are several options which result in much higher capping efficiencies available as an alternative means by which to cap one's IVT RNA. For co-transcriptonal capping, the MessageMAX™ T7 ARCA-Capped Message Transcription Kit (C-MMA60710) results in 80% properly capped RNA product, and for post-transcriptional capping, the ScriptCap™ Cap 1 Capping System (C-SCCS1710) and the ScriptCap™ m7G Capping System (C-SCCE0625) result in virtually 100% properly capped RNA product. By comparison, this discontinued AmpliCap kit only produces 40% properly capped RNA product.
